Beginning Friday, May 6, 2011, LUCKY 7 RAFFLE™ prizes of $70 may be claimed at any authorized Florida Lottery retailer. Prizes of $700 and $70,000 may be claimed at a Florida Lottery district office or at Florida Lottery headquarters in Tallahassee. All $700,000 prizes must be claimed at Florida Lottery headquarters in Tallahassee.

Each LUCKY 7 RAFFLE winner of $70,000 or more must present his or her official LUCKY 7 RAFFLE ticket, a completed Winner Claim Form* and an acceptable form of identification to a Lottery office for payment. Federal income tax withholding will be deducted from cash prizes of $70,000 and $700,000.

LUCKY 7 RAFFLE tickets must be claimed within 180 days of the draw date, and may be validated at any Florida Lottery retailer. Winning tickets may be mailed for redemption to: Florida Lottery, Claims Processing, 250 Marriott Drive, Tallahassee, FL 32399-9939. The risk of mailing tickets remains with the player.
